Policies for Riverbend Players

Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
Tickets may only be exchanged for another date for the same show.

General Policies
No food or beverages are allowed in the theater.
Flash photography is prohibited.
Cell phones must be silenced.
Crying children must be taken to the lobby.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Riverbend Players). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
